Meet JULIE
Julie Hillman is a top-producing real estate agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area, specializing in both buying and selling residential properties. She has worked with a wide range of clients from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers, sellers, and investors. She has a broad knowledge of the residential real estate market in the North Texas Metro area.
What makes Julie a great REALTOR? Empathy, experience, and insight. She has personally bought and sold numerous properties during her lifetime. In fact, she and her family moved more than ten times before settling into their current home in Irving, TX. These experiences give her added perspective on the home buying and selling process and the important REALTOR client relationship that makes the transaction better. She understands how to plan for success and navigate unexpected bumps along the way.
Julie was born and raised in Colorado, attended college in Utah near the beautiful Wasatch mountains, and graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1994 with a BA in Communications. She worked as a public relations specialist for nearly 10 years. She also taught as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, BYU, for 3 years. In 2004, Julie stepped away from her career to raise her four young daughters. During this time, their family moved to Dallas and became proud Texans! In 2018, she re-entered the workforce as a REALTOR. By the end of her fifth year as a real estate agent, she was ranked as a Top Producer in DFW, a designation given to the top 2 percent of REALTORS in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area.
Julie has been married to her husband, Chris Hillman, for more than 25 years. They’re the parents of four daughters and a Fox Red labrador named Sammy.
